TERMS OF USE
Iscoe Law Firm, PLLC ("the Firm," "we," "us") operates www.iscoelaw.com (the "Website"). By using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Information only. The Website gives general information about Florida law and the Firm. It is not legal advice, and it is an advertisement. Laws change, and the facts of your situation matter. Please speak with a lawyer about your own case.
2. No attorney-client relationship yet. Using the Website does not make us your lawyers. A relationship begins only when you and the Firm both sign a written agreement. When you contact us to ask for a consultation, what you tell us is treated as confidential. Even so, please share only what we need to understand your situation and decide whether we can help. The details can wait for our call. Sending a message does not guarantee that we will take your case.
3. Past results. Past results, including verdicts and settlements, do not guarantee or predict a result in any other case. See also our Disclaimer.
4. Your messages. If you send us your name, phone number, email, or a description of your situation, we use it as described in our Privacy Policy. Texting and calling are also covered by the SMS terms in the Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or older to use the contact form. Please do not send information about anyone else unless you have the right to share it.
5. Acceptable use. Please do not: (a) use the Website to break the law; (b) try to gain access to our systems, test their security, or interfere with them; (c) send spam, malicious code, or automated requests, including through the contact form; (d) copy the Website by automated means in a way that burdens it.
6. Our content. The text, graphics, photographs, logos, and design of the Website belong to the Firm or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the pages and print or share a page for your own non-commercial use if you keep our name and this notice. You may not copy, sell, or build on the Website's content without our written permission.
7. Links. The Website may link to other sites, such as maps, government agencies, and sources we cite. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
8. Accuracy and availability. We try to keep the Website accurate and current, but we do not promise that it is complete, up to date, or always available. We may change or remove content, or the Website itself, at any time.
9. Translations. The Website is also offered in Spanish and Portuguese. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version controls.
10. No warranties; limit of liability. The Website is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent Florida law allows, the Firm is not liable for any loss that results from using or relying on the Website. Nothing in these terms limits any duty the Firm owes a client under a signed engagement agreement or the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.
11. Governing law. Florida law governs these terms. Any dispute about the Website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
12. Changes. We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version. Using the Website after a change means you accept the new terms.
