Daniel T. Iscoe practices personal injury law at Iscoe Law Firm alongside his father, founding attorney Gary T. Iscoe. Together they run a father-and-son firm built on the same promise Gary has kept since 1991: every injured client gets a lawyer who treats the case like it belongs to family.

Daniel graduated from Stetson University College of Law in May 2025, where he received the Pro Bono Service Award. In his first year practicing law, he helped obtain over $40 million in verdicts and settlements for his clients.

Daniel is a trial lawyer. In April 2026, he and co-counsel Diego C. Asencio tried a drunk-driving case to a Palm Beach County jury, which returned a $40 million verdict, including $30 million in punitive damages, for a motorcyclist rear-ended by a drunk driver.
